Sign The Fat Person's Guest Book

Well, the spammers and abusers have all but ruined our chance to have a guest book here. But, if you are still interested in having your opinion or story included here, just follow the procedure below. Honestly, it is not that hard:

1. Use the back button of your browser to return to the Fat Persons Home Page.
2. Find the link that lets you send me e-mail.
3. Use this link to send me your comments that you would like included in the guest book.
4. In the body of this message, make sure you tell me you would like the comments included in the guest book. If I do not see this, I shall assume the message is for my eyes only.
5. In the body of the message, let me know if you want your name and/or e-mail address included with your entry. I shall assume you want one or both of these kept private, unless you tell me otherwise.
6. Wait a couple of days to see your message posted. Sorry about this, but I am filtering each message personally now, to stop the spam and abuse.

At any time, feel free to just send me your comments without asking to make them public. I always like to hear what people think about this subject, and the rather different view that fat acceptance advocates take of weight and body image.
